Lynn Bouvier Kapiskas handles the firm's elder law and probate law matters for our clients. She brings over 20 years of experience to the firm and works tirelessly on behalf of our clients to ensure that their interests and the interests of their loved ones are protected in the event of a death in the family. She helps clients in several areas of law including nursing home planning, trust funds, estate planning, wills, administering of the estate and others.
